The only reason for a 4 rating is because I had to find someone to help us. They said they only had 2 staff out of 10 for the flooring department that day. Service wasn't the best. I had to measure the flooring and find where the 16-foot rolls were on my own. Staff shortage.

Purchased flooring for our office. Dealt with Mike. Super knowledgeable and very friendly. He is a great asset to Ritchie's.
