They are probably the easiest service center, I've have ever dealt with.
Even when they have made a mistake they are very very, Professional and they do fix their mistake. They don't just fix it they make sure your happy with it. But their work is spot on, all the time most of the time. I think there was brain fart, the one day I went. But like I said they fixed it. Perfect!
Like the best place to get an alignment. STRAIGHT UP!..
They have the straightest forward mechanics. They don't try to sell you, things you don't need. Or lie about what you don't need. Like other service shops, and THE BIG 3 do.
Like most people, I like honest people. And they are.
STRINGHAM.

Ps. Straight forward means they don't have hidden fees and what's not to love about that. At least it's not a heart attack when you get the bill.

I had a smoke test done on my car as the check engine light was on. The system operation and anticipated outcomes were described by the mechanic. Despite clearing the check engine light off the dashboard, they did not charge me as they were not able to identify the root cause (It was a very small leak). Actually they are trustworthy and honest. Deserve more than five stars.

One of the best auto shops I have ever been to!! Excellent service and the mechanics are great! They even management to fix my car that a dealership couldn’t. Super friendly as well. 10/10 would recommend.

Ray's got my tires on the rims and on my car for me last minute when the snow hit and everywhere else was all booked up.Didn't over charge me.Was quick, easy, painless, will definitely return again if any issues with my car.

Last Wednesday night I had to have my car towed to Rays, left a message on their Facebook as to why it was there (so they weren’t surprised). Quickly received a response in the morning saying they would try to squeeze it in the the morning. By 10 my car was back on the road. Never did I expect that kind of service. While on a family road trip hundreds of kilometers away from home I came to notice a muffler came off and was hanging by a thread. I googled and found ray roach nearby where we stayed with great reviews so without much hope I contacted them hoping to get a response the following day. That was Sunday evening. To my surprise I got a response within 5 minutes and was at the shop first thing Monday morning. The car was serviced on the spot and my trip was saved. Thank you
