Check your receipts! I made an online purchase, and was charged almost 3 times the correct tax amount. Children’s products should only have 5% tax.Months later - I’m still waiting for them to correct their error, and return my money.

Bought a pair of boots there the other day. Three employees sat talking to a customer, my girlfriend and I figured okay they needed a moment to help the customer with something complicated. That's why there is three of them. Except then the customer left, and the three employees still stood there talking. No one asked if we needed help, and we did. Eventually my girlfriend just goes up and askes, immediately one of the employees is rude and her tone suggests we were inconveniencing her. It isn't like she was busy doing anything besides talking, as the other two could have helped but they walked off... to talk more. The entire time she spoke with my girlfriend she sounded rude and as if she did not want to be there. Which is fine I get that. But we didn't do anything don't take it out on us. I don't care that you're talking with your coworkers since we were the only ones in the store at the time. But like make sure the customers you do have are taken care of and just don't be rude. Also this person is supposedly the MANAGER. Will not be going back.

Pleasant, smaller footprint store in McAllister Place. At last check, when searching "available in-store stock" on Quarks website, this location is not listed however, this likely due to it being a new location. First shoe store I've happened upon that has a solid selection of Birkenstocks. Good luck, lots of competition in this segment!
