This was one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I’ve had with a car workshop. I booked an appointment on Thursday for a car alignment on Saturday. When I arrived today, after planning my entire day and traveling from out of town (I’m not from Saint John), they told me my appointment wasn’t in their system.
Instead of taking responsibility for their mistake, they simply offered to book me a new appointment, as if my time and effort didn’t matter at all. The lack of professionalism and care for their customers is unacceptable. They completely ruined my day, and I’ll never be returning. I strongly recommend avoiding this shop if you value your time and reliable service.

I always get great customer service from the wash bay employees, they have worked there for many years, so I'm assuming their employers value them. I sometimes get my oil changed in the building next door, they are always kind prompt and get you in and out of there within minutes. I have never left unsatisfied. :)

I'm not satisfied with their customer service. I scheduled an online appointment for my car's safety certificate after searching up their services for the vehicle on their website. The previous day, I had confirmed my appointment with Meineke. After making sure everything was in order, they told me I could come the next day. When I arrived, the person in charge of safety was off on Saturdays. Regarding the service's unavailability, they didn't even send a message or an email. Both fuel and time were squandered. I traveled 30 kilometers to get there. When I voiced my concerns, they told me the receptionist was new and inexperienced. Giving misleading information is inappropriate, and if the service is unavailable, they ought to have informed the clients.

If you're finding out a better and trustworthy place for your car service, there's non other than "Meineke car care center" in Saint John. Highly recommend the place without any doubt.
