My regular garage recommended King Transmission as they do not do transmissions. Took it in thankfully it was just a sensor issue, but while it was up in the air Rick noticed another issue that would need fixing sooner rather than later. He offered to fix it or I could schedule another appointment with them or my regular garage. I appreciate honesty and good customer service. Thanks

They did a drain/fill for my transmission. They didn't offer to change the filter which is how I know they are an honest shop - the transmission filter for my car is not possible to replace. Thanks.

Was having some issues with my car thought it was transmission. Called king transmission they told me bring it in later that day. Rick took it for drive put it up on hoist diagnosed in 10 min thank you Rick what awesome service Highly recommend!!!!

Kings Transmission went above and beyond for my family. We have been in Saint John due to my Dads recent heart attack . We are here from PEI and are not familiar with the area at all , the day before my dads quadruple bypass my vehicle broke down . Karen , Rick and the team there did everything to get my vehicle back on the road . Thanks to them we were able to get back to the hospital to spend some needed time with my dad before his surgery . What a wonderful experience we had during a very emotional time . We cannot thank you enough !Ps Karen you were so lovely to talk with , thank you so much for keeping us company !

Visiting family in Saint John transmission went in car second day King Transmission were able to squeeze us in and fix car. This company went above and beyond to get us back on the road to get back home. Receptionist was super helpful and friendly I really can’t say enough about them. I am writing this review months after having a repair on my clutch...that is operating perfectly after King Transmission helped. Back story- another shop in SJ (Supreme) advised that since I was loosing pressure in my clutch that I needed a brand new one $1100 and then proceeded to tell me that my car needed another $2000 in work...outside of the clutch.I called King Transmission and spoke with the owner (my apologies, I forgot your name), I described what was happening and right away was told that I should not replace the entire clutch but it could be another part. I swiftly pulled my car from Supreme and towed it over to King Transmission. As soon as the car was up on the hoyst, it was determined it was not my clutch itself but a part that supported the fluid to keep pressure....$600 later and my baby has been riding smoothly ever since.DO NOT GO TO ANY OTHER SHOP IN THIS CITY FOR CLUTCH ISSUES/REPAIRS. These guys are the pro's and I learned very quickly that they will be the ONLY ones to touch the clutch on my car.Thank you King Transmission, the owner was an absolute sweetheart and listened to what I said and spoke to me like a human...not like a stupid female (which I have gotten from many other shops in this city).Service: Transmission
