We took our car to Hatfield’s Auto thinking we would save a few dollars on a windshield replacement. Big mistake. It leaked within days and the water messed up the car computer system requiring our car to be towed to the dealership for a week while they figured out what was wrong. This was a major inconvenience for us -two trips to the dealership, taxis, bus rides, walks in the cold, tow truck. Although they reinstalled the windshield to fix the leak and paid the $460 to the dealer, this didn’t come close to making up for the inconvenience and stress.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Fast, friendly service. Fare and honest folks. They told me I really didn't need work done on my windshield. Even though they could have taken the job and made a few bucks, they said it wasn't necessary. Thanks!

Pros:Ok service was a average priceFriendly serviceThey offered free transport back to work and picked me up again. (One of the main reasons I picked this business.)Cons:Discovered glass left in the cracks of the drivers seat and I wound up with a couple of glass splinters.Haze left on the inside of the window, I had to Windex the inside the evening I took the car home. I'm not going to hold this one against them as it was not visible until it was in the sun.
