I love this, less busy that the zoo we have in Moncton where you can't move because it always packed. This one is still busy but not unbearable.
The staff at all Costco's are always so nice and friendly.

The people working there were fantastic but the store itself was very busy and not well arranged to handle volume of people. I don't find the store is arranged well in respect to where items are located.

I’ve visited this Costco location several times over the years, and have generally had difficulty. There is not the customer service here that other Costco Stores offer, and it seems to trickle down from entitled management.

I love Costco. The store in St. John is no exception to this and is awesome, with friendly and helpful staff every time I’ve gone there. I’m new to the Saint John area they’ve always been eager to help me when I’ve asked for where something is, taking me directly to where I need to go to find it. Thank you, Costco staff.

I cannot say enough good things about Colleen and Tanya from the Costco Saint John location! After dealing with a nightmare situation involving Costco Concierge, these two amazing ladies stepped in and completely turned things around for me. Their willingness to go above and beyond to help made a world of difference. They were kind, patient, and incredibly efficient, which truly eased my stress. I got their membership because i was told inova insurance would give a discount to costco members, theirs no discount. I got their damn credit card because I was told it would get me a credit on that card and save me half my membership fee, no credit was ever given. My face isn't on my online profile like they set up so I have to go in and greif myself to their customer service department. Huge mistake joining costco all together. Now I have a credit card I don't want and a membership that doesn't actually save you aby money on anything. Real shame.
