The service here is non existing. I got emails and texts to remind me to be 15 min early other wise there can be a delay of 40 mins. I was here early and 50 minutes after my original booked time they first looked at my car and that was just because I made a scene! You see all the employees walking around and very few actually working!I respected their time and I would appreciate it if they could respect my time!

Customer service is pretty slow, however they are friendly. My issue is the garage calling me a hour after my appointment time and telling me that they can't put my tires on because I have one tire a different brand and claimed my summer were kinda low. This wasn't a issue with coast tire. I have one different tire because one of my tires got slashed last year and they no longer sell the type of tires that my 3 summer tires are. I would also like to point out that I DON'T have all wheel drive so it's not a huge deal. In regards to my "low trends", I at least have two more years left in them. I went to another tire place and they changed my tires without issue.

Although the service people are A+ people-oriented, the process and procedures of simple services such as booking an appointment or having tires changed takes way too long. There is always a line up and you wait at least 15-20 minutes. Total time for the scheduled tire change including arriving 15 minutes early as requested - 2 hours.I’ll be going elsewhere unless service is greatly improved.

Worst and laziest costomer service. Went in for a quote and left not caring how cheap they are... I'll spend more for a little respect. I understand why the reviews are so low for the tire shop.

The Costco Bakery cinnamon roll danish are really good. I wish we had them in the States.

The attention of their employees is very good, but unfortunately the installation scheduling is very bad, I think that to sell they are the best but for the installation of some winter tires they scheduled me 17 days later and a day before at night they called me to cancel that because the tires had not arrived, ok it is understood that it could happen they agreed to schedule me and that they would call me to what did not happen, 6 days later I call to ask what happened and they tell me that the tires did arrive but that they will be calling me for the installation After 3 more days I have to go because they never called me, I have a trip and now I have to cancel it because I don't have winter tires and they don't have an agenda beforehand. What a pity that this affects the service and they don't think about their clients. I hope they can improve.

Year after year they severely over book during tire season. Minimum an hour behind schedule guaranteed. Corporate policy needs to address this. The workers try their best to keep up.
