2 time I've stayed here. This year I was welcomed with my dog and they were very accommodating to my needs with providing an extra cot for my daughter. Everything was set up before we arrived. The restaurant was amazing and not to be missed. It was one of our best meals during our 12 day stay in the maritimes.

My parents and I enjoyed a fabulous dinner in the Chandler Room Wine Bar and Kitchen. The menu is set up to be shareable portions, tapas style. The steamed mussels were bathed in a coconut curry wine sauce that was utterly heaven, especially with a slice of the fresh made bread. The grilled shrimp were divine along with gnocchi. The tuna tataki was to die for and was one of the highlights. Kristy was so friendly and knowledgeable and clearly very passionate about everything. Debbie, our server, was so kind and attentive. The prices were good and the quality exceptional. I highly recommend to come by and definitely encourage reservations.
Walkability: Treadwell Inn is located in a great location and walkable to all the other restaurants and cute shops.
Food and drinks: Fabulous food and drinks, highly recommend.

The food here is fantastic, definitely recommend a reservation. Menu was seasonal prepared to perfection. The staff were great, and they have a very solid wine list. Last night I had some beautiful tuna with the perfect amount of heat. I’d go back any day!

Food and drinks: This is a review for the restaurant - everything we had was amazing. From the delicious Douro wine and roasted red pepper olive oil dip as starter, to the gnocchi and beef “sushi” dishes, to the pavlova dessert. All super creative and full of flavour.

We enjoy coming to the Chandler Room (the restuarant), even more so now with the new chef. The menu changes regularly and the food is always very good to excellent. We like the tapas idea too. The owner and staff are friendly and accommodating. In our opinion, on the whole, this is the best restaurant in St. Andrews, NB.

We’ve loved both of our visits to The Chandler Room - the tapas style food is delicious and the back deck ambiance is exactly what we’re looking for. The ahi tuna tartare dish is amazing and a must-get. The beef sushi tower was awesome and the fresh flatbread was so good (smoked salmon, goat cheese, pickled onion). Already can’t wait for next summer’s return visit!

Dinner was outstanding. Garlic shrimp and roasted veg over beet humus We sat on the patio overlooking the St Sndrews harbour watching the sunset and drinking Animus from the Doro region of Porto. We finished our meal with a fresh berry shortcake. Server was warm and informative Very attractive decor.
A must visit.

We booked dinner at the Chandler Room as soon as they opened up reservations in April. The "sharing plate" menu is pretty inventive, and it made the experience fun. This gives the kitchen so many options, and they're not afraid to experiment. Local ingredients, thoughtful execution and great ambience.
We also shared all three desserts offered that evening, and each was a success. All in all, Chandler Room is a tour de force of flavors and textures.
Food and drinks: They pride themselves on a carefully curated wine selection, deservedly so, and the cocktails were delicious as well. Definitely one of the most exciting menus in St. Andrews by the Sea!

Ruined our day! My partner and I had a terrible experience. The manager seemed rascist and incredibly rude. We planned on coming in the late afternoon with my partner and I’s family weeks in advance. We called to confirm and ask the manager if we could do a very small low-key commitment ceremony that would take no more than 2 minutes on the boardwalk behind the restaurant two days prior to showing up. The manager said that would be fantastic. My partners family of 6 and my family of 7 were dressed in our best and were going to meet at the restaurant. The manager told us that they didn't do reservations but if we came around three o'clock we shouldn't have a problem getting seats. When my partners parents arrived the manager was flustered and told them they don't do weddings and then sat my partners parents at the worst tables behind the restaurant under the stairs while just below a much better table on a sunny balcony was wide open. When I arrived with my family we were told that they don't do weddings and they can't make reservations. We explained we were not having a wedding. We were there to have some drinks and say a few words to our families and celebrate our relationship over some food and a great view, then we would be in our way. Not once did we say anything about a wedding. My partner and I went to great lengths to plan a way to celebrate our relationship with our families that was nothing like a wedding. The change in tone of the manager was confusing and frustrating, but we figured we had no where else to go as supper time was approaching. So we decided to forgo the commitment part of our plans and just have some drinks and snacks while we decide what to do next as our plans where derailed. the mamager escorted us to two tiny tables, surprisingly in an even worse location, all while the nice balcony seats were still open. A half hour later some people dressed for the beach were seated in the sunny patio seats we were not seated at for some inconceivable reason. At that point we cancelled our orders and moved on as the manager had started to become aggressive when we showed disappointment. Imagine that, instead of consoling us or providing some kind of explanation the manager started to talk down to us and suggested that the situation was probably “unsalvagable”. It was the worst experience ever on what was supposed to be a simple low key evening with our families, who live on opposite sides of the country. As a white guy I was blown away by how the manager handled the situation. It took hours for me realize that the managers tone changed completely when my partners family arrived. Stay away from this place. If this lady wasn't rascist, then I have no explanation for what happened.
