Damn, that’s good beef. Purchased a quarter cow a week ago so far tried the roast beef barbecued some T-bone steak and made homemade barbecued burgers with the ground beef. Very very good quality will recommend to family and friends.

I stopped in to grab a couple of steaks to toss on the grill for supper. Very neat, clean space with A+ quality meat, thick cut steaks just the way they should be. I marinated them with my favorite seasoning and put them on the grill. I couldn’t ask for a better quality of meat…tender & juicy.

Recently got a brisket to smoke, after i trimmed it and rubbed it with a salt, pepper and garlic rub it took about 8.5 hours to smoke with a 12 hour rest and the end result was a delicious tender juicy flavourful brisket that dreams are made of. Thanks for the delicious cut of beef! I will definitely be back for more.
