My partner worked on a major project in the past with Bob’s Kitchen Shop and had a wonderful experience. We are currently working with Tim, the Manager, on a new major kitchen and bathroom renovation. Tim has provided excellent customer service and is very sensitive and caring towards client needs. Me and my fiancée went there to pick out a kitchen countertop. Tim, our salesman was very informative and helpful. When you go into the store, it feels like it is a place comprised of honest and hard working people. Prices are reasonable too which is hard to come by nowadays due to inflation. I would not recommend this business because of a poor customer service experience. Staff were demeaning and patronizing to another shopper in my party. Tim ought not to refer to an adult woman as a “good girl” when selecting a countertop finish.
