We live 45 minutes from everything and rely on Google. When your times say you're open until 4pm, BE OPEN! Why is it that you have a paper sign up on your door with not updating Google?I also tried calling yesterday and never reached ANYONE... Ridiculous!!!

Says online that they are open on Saturday till 4, come to find out, when I came to the branch, that they are closed on Saturday now.Fyi, about ten others came to the branch wanting service, while I was sitting here writing this. I have been sitting here for only 15mins.You might want to consider opening again on Saturday.

I've been there twice, as a customer with some sort of "paper problems" and right before the end of their work day. Both times I was treated nicely with lot of patience and respect. Great personal, very friendly people are working in this branch!

I've had 3 poor experiences now in the last 2 years and its Because of the people that work at this branch, I will not be taking a mortgage out with TD and I will not be taking a line of credit out either anymore. The employees genuinely dont care about the clients and when they pretend to help it end up in poor service, I personally had enough.

We went in here about a month ago to forward some information from our old branch to this branch, the staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and super easy going. Everything was done in a timely manner (there was no rush for me, but hey, it was a bonus), everything worked out fine, and everything was ready to go. I enjoyed it!

Unwilling to work with me, or hear any explanation as to why I was trying to get a cheque from out of province put through. Told constantly "no this can't be done you have to wait 5 days." Called corporate, they said no, try another branch. Went to Dieppe, got amazing customer service and accomplished what I was trying to do. Will never deal with TD Riverview again.

I banked with this TD for years up until about a year ago when I knew I had to make a change. I found that no matter what I went in for, they were always trying to push me into some sort of sale. Now, I know that is their job; however, it got to the point when they said "Oh you have card A, why not convert to it card B"... So I did. About two weeks later I go in and they say "Oh, you have card B, why not convert to card C". The last straw was today when I went to close the final remains of my services with them and after everything was done they asked me if I would be interested in "Converting to card D". Seriously? And talk about extraordinarily pushy when it came to always trying to make that sale. Sorry, that's not how I bank. As a bank, there have even been news stories about how busy they coach their customer service staff to be. No thank you.As far as a bank, the staff is friendly for the most part and this branch is always kept clean and tidy. If you like a business with better than average business hours but terribly pushy sales practices, you will be more than happy here.
