Apparently they like to choose their own hours and open for 2 hours on a MONDAY. Manager was very rude as well.Run like a mom and pop shop not a bank.

I took my son there for an appointment to open his first bank account. He has special needs. The bank associate was wonderful with him. I believe her name was arthurine. She was so patient with him and made sure he understood everything. She was so polite. The world needs more people like her. All in all it was a wonderful banking experience. Great Job CIBC!!Hopefully Arthurine sees this and knows she made my sons day!!!!

Small branch located in the old Riverview Mall. Average banking services. Could use some renovations.

I booked an appointment 2 months ahead. I took the day off from work especially for this, at 9. 30 on that day Jessica S Mackenzie call and told me that she cannot see me at the booked time because something came up.

Good friendly staff. To bad it's in a barron mall that is now just a call center. Great if you work in one, not so if you don't.

Staff always helpful every time I go there. They care about their customers. Wait times are not long as well. I highly recommend this bank.
