Nov 22nd roughly 8 pm, was in with a friend when a senior sales associate was incredibly vulgar and openly verbally abusive to her younger subordinate who had only asked the correct way to do something. Luckily for individuals I didn't check name tags but your staff obviously needs sensitivity training. Genuinely disheartening to see that kind of behavior immediately as a customer. If you want to verbally abuse highschool kids you ought to train your staff to do it behind closed doors instead of at the counter.
