Such an amazing landmark lots of amazing things and you’ll never have to worry about being bored here you can always count on exclamation seeing all the wonderful buildings back in 1880’s and the 1890’s when they dressed up back then in those days they also carried horse and buggies which was like cars but back then. They didn’t have vehicles, technology maybe power unsure but that’s how you got around back in those times it’s amazing to think of that wayWritten By: Liam Van Stone

I was first here maybe 30 years ago, and I only came back today. Still enormously impressed. Everything has an air of authenticity that you seldom find in these kinds of sites. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, and also quite knowledgeable. They take the time to deal with any questions you might have. It is a large site with lots to see. Perhaps the best thing about it is that it is self paced. You can decide for yourself how fast and where you want to go.

Wow, what a great discovery. Why have I never seen any advertising about them in the area ? Well, it was a great experience. Yesterday, it was too hot to cook anything so we didn't experience that. That's sad. They have a military discount that offer 5 entry with a military ID. What a great idea !!! There is nothing like this here ! The food was great at the restaurant but too much expensive, in my opinion.

It was a nice stop on our way home from PEI. The buildings and settings are beautiful. The actors take their roles very seriously and really add to the feeling of visiting an earlier time in our country's history. We stopped for lunch at the Inn, and had an amazing turkey pot pie.

We are frequent visitors and this is the video I created during the Maple, First taste of spring event on 12th of March 2023.Usually the kings landing is not that crowded but these kind a special events can be very crowded. So buying tickets in advance from eventbright is good to skip waiting lines at the ticketing entrance. It is a freindly place for all especially for kids. Some places inside the village can be hard to accessible for people in wheelchairs etc. But It wont be a big issue or gonna miss a lot. So the place is accesible.Remember to get a map of the village and create your own visiting plan before you leave the visitors' center. The experience is always great. I wouldn't explain all the things here because I might spoil your excitement. However, if you are curious just look at the video clips and photos I posted.

The famous living museum in New Brunswick. I was there for the Thanksgiving long weekend. The leafs are changing colour. It was beautiful. It was a bit windy. So, you will need to dress accordingly. The Kings Head is open but for advanced reservations only.If you come early in the morning, parking will never be a problem. But if you arrive at noon. You would have to walk a bit to the entrance.Overall a good place to learn and see things for adults and kids.

Visiting from Ontario. Have not been here for 17 years. Historical re-enactment site. People who work here are in character and it is authentic. Buildings, costumes, and decor = learning experience. Admission was covered by our National Trust for Canada membership so that was a bonus. Need a few hours to really take in the entire experience.

If you would like to live a day from the old centuries, and get to know the daily life of people who enjoyed this life, then Visit Kings Landing. It has been established and maintained to reflect the culture of old centuries and its lifestyle.Staff are awesome, very welcoming, helpful, always smiling and guide everyone.Enjoy the horse wagons ride. They have an old fashioned restaurant and bar, authentic printing shop.I loved one of their house where they display the dried herbs inside one room and called it medicine room, as they use these herbs as medications whenever they are sick. It’s such a wonderful place deserve a visit.

Nice place to visit and get a glimpse of life how it was back in the day. Have a lemonade, grab a bite and visit the general store.Utmost respect to the staff who stayed in character and costumes although it was 35°C outside!

A very well done heritage village! The staff are all speaking & working in their period time & don’t come r out of character too easily! Missed only a few details due to staff on lunch. Particularity liked the main horse handler & the sawmill guys - full of humour & stories!

This was very interesting. We wandered down into town and took the horse and carriages back. Spent 4 hours including our picnic and saw most of it. Very few people there…maybe because it was so hot that day. We enjoyed talking with the costumed interpreters.
