Very high prices compared to other stores, would at least be nice if they didn't close so early since they are in fact the only grocery store in town.

Every time I go in this location I am bombarded with insults against my manager at Tim hortons . I will be boycotting this location and going to grand falls sadly .

don’t know who it was but i’m pretty sure it’s one of the owners unfortunately i didn’t catch a name but she is probably the rudest person you’ll ever meet i can’t believe the way she talks to people in front of her customers the issue happened on the 29th of January and what i caught from the argument was this delivery driver was late delivering packages and she was unbelievably rude to him i’ve received plenty of late and lost packages well over the 24 hour mark but she was acting like the packages were supposed to be there weeks ago yet i heard her say the packages were only supposed to be there the day before the delivery driver didn’t hold back he gave her some choice words which was kinda funny but to talk to anyone like that in front of customers is completely disrespectful and annoying as a customer

Great management and staff that all work together to help customers with their needs. For a small community grocer, they have a large selection of items in both store brands and big labels and are only to happy to serve you.Worth checking them out.

Prices increase significantly over few months. A lot of discounts/offers aren't shown till you scan them thru Cashier and scan your Optimum Card. Overall great service.

Everything over priced, when "good" items go on sale, they are always out of said product, soon as the sale is done, the shelf is over flowing??? No competition = gouging

Was in to the store today, terrible service. Cashier was very rude to my daughter and also rude to my daughters child . She got annoyed when my daughter for her points card out. Why get annoyed when that’s part of what is offered at the store???Was going to call in to the store but I forgot to check her name. She had short curly white/gray hair and wore glasses. Very rude and no patience whatsoever. This wasn’t the first time this same lady was rude and not friendly at all!

Absolutely terrible service in Greco department. We ordered the party pizza deal, it was either 3 topping or Greco works. We got 3 toppings, but half of it just pepperoni and cheese, which was still one of the 3 topping. We get there and it was 36, almost 37$ when the deal was for 25$. We asked, they said something about 3 meat being extra. However, once we arrive home the corners are basically complete crust, the flavoured crust we asked for is almost entirely on the toppings. If I wanted a pizza with 2 inch crust and the toppings all gathered up in the center then I would have asked. So my wife calls to complain and they say there's nothing they can do about it without a receipt ( which we don't have cause who really needs a receipt for pizza ) or the pizza back. This place has gone to heck.
