“Just gotta say thank you for your honesty. I went to my shop for a noise issue and they told me I'd need a new muffler. They were going to charge me $500 w labor but had to wait a few weeks as there were none in stock anywhere. I called napa in Hampton and he told me to give a-1 a call because they didn't have mufflers either. Brought my car into a-1 and he told me while he'd love to take my money, the muffler has no problems at all! So he saved me $300 and I also got a free coffee from a nice older gentleman who also was in for some work :)Thanks again for your honesty and great service!”

“Recently bought 2024 SLT terrain , found salesman easy to deal with (some flexibility on price ) compared to other dealers that just won't budge on prices.One little hickup was that I was suppose to have four mud flaps installed and come to find out there was only two My sales person Clarke Cameron was out on sick leave so I contacted general manager Trevor Sleeves told him my problem he told me he'd look after it right away two days later Purolator delivered them to my door, very happy with service would buy again.”

“Cheaper labor rate,,honest about what needs to be done with your vehicle,,doesn't tell you need something done just to make money off of you the garage part. Then there is the car sales side where you can get a car without needing credit just as long as you have money for a down payment you can drive away with whatever is on his lot”

“Awesome company to deal with, I was searching for months for a good SUV with towing capabilites just to get repeated isusses with multi companies. I happen to see a pretty Jeep Cherokee online at City Auto and Recreation messaged about it and got Jesse, he was quick to respond to my injuries, had all my answers in minutes, and next day delivered my new (to me) Jeep Cherokee right to my door with a full tank of fuel.
