Been going to this specific location since 2006 but unfortunately will not go back, as they no longer honnor the lifetime warranty on the parts previously sold with it. For example, break pads, which I had covered on a lifetime warranty before are not covered anymore. Was told after market break pads are only covered for manufacturer defects, although I had them covered before and a simple search on the internet easily show it is still the case with after markets parts like that. This is only one of many things I needed done on my vehicle where the parts was supposed to be covered. I ended up not having anything done and will go somewhere else for it. Too bad, I have recommended many people to this location over the years, but not anymore. If they changed their part supplier and it is why they can’t honnor the lifetime warranty, they should just say so. Don’t try to convince me that it was never the case, when I know for a fact it was and most of the industry offer that type of warranty.

Booked an oil change and an alignment. The day of, they cancel the alignment.
They also added additives to the oil without asking and charged extra for it.
Oh and the oil change alone came to just under $130.
Avoid this place at all costs.

They told me i need to change parts that i don’t need and still good on my car went to other shop and fixed my car at half price and they showed me that the parts still in good condition.

Their service is great, friendly respectful and professional are the best words to sum up my experience. Moved to Moncton recently and after coming by three times I got to say my great experience has been consistent. A big shout out to Chris and Brent especially for taking the time to discuss the issues I had with zero pressure! If you haven't checked them out, I highly recommend them

They don't try to upsell me on things I don't need or didn't ask for. They accommodated my difficult schedule and found time to service my car even though they had a tight schedule too.
