I was happy with the option to do virtual line up and get my shopping done rather than wait the 45mins in line. I'm thankful I could assist an elderly couple sign in as well. I would suggest lights or something to direct customers to this option as I saw a few waiting but seemed to miss the sign. Wonderful to have the agent call me direct when it was my turn. He was professional, curtious and very helpful. He also thanked me for assisting the othe couple with the virtual lineup. I believe the agents name was Michael.

Service was awesome!! We had Ashton serve us - he was very kind, professional and provided us with all the information we needed. It was a busy last day of black Friday and he was upbeat and still happy to serve us. It was much appreciated and made for a great experience :)

We just visited Costco Moncton on December 2, 2024 to upgrade my phone. It was a Black Friday Sale( needless to say staff were over run, customers in a hurry) l am not 100 % comfortable with technology so l myself was a bit anxious about what l should purchase,
My sales assistant was Lindsey G.
She was amazing!
There was another gentleman at the kiosk. I observed him also as he interacted with the public, very patient and clear with his clients too!
She examined my old phone, inquired about my phone usage, listened to my response, then made suggestions!
She was knowledgeable, didn't over sell products, but gave practical advice!!
I bought everything she suggested and am very very happy with the products!
I have never used the the Costco kiosk but l will definitely use it in the future and recommend it to family and friends J. Geddes
