No service here whatsoever, employee didn’t speak a word to me and whenever I said something it was just met with silence. Wasn’t offered a bag so I asked for one which was fine, but then she just pushed my stuff off to the side for me to bag my own stuff and started helping the next person so I had no room to do so

Today I bought a bicycle for my son, it is packed in a big box, the store did not allow the mini-cart to take the box to the car, I explained to cashier that I am pregnant and cannot carry it in my arms, but the policy of the store does not provide that you can be pregnant or sick

I've allways had exceptional service at this store. Huge shout out to Staff and Manager, Cindy at Toys"R"Us Canada Moncton. We purchased the Little Tikes Princess Cozy Truck for our Granddaughter's first birthday. Big Miss for Little Tikes for failing to put a crucial part in box...the grill. Our bad for waiting day of party to put it together. We were 2/3 completed when we noticed the missing piece. Called Toys "R" US and they were quick to check for stock, open box and get us the missing grill. Made a little girl very happy today.

The return policy is ridiculous. I have bought a product and it showed to be a really poor quality one. I bought it on Saturday and tried to return it to change for another thing on Sunday. Yes, just one day later. They said they would not do the return once I did not have the original receipt. I have worked as seller before and I now it is perfectly fine to find the buying details in the system and proceed with a simple return. Its policy is just a way of taking the advantage of those who for any reason lose their receipts. No problem at all. I will keep this piece of shot they call a product (they should be embarrassed for buying a garbage like that), however, I will never buy on their store anymore. I may go there so my kids play around and I can see the products. But I will buy everything on internet from now on. I was supportive to local stories, but not after that. Congrats for the worst policy ever.

I ordered a Nuna Rava car seat online and it was shipped from this location. The car seat that arrived was a Safety 1st brand not even close. I called the store to tell them the mistake and all I was told was to contact corporate. Now I have to take time to fix this issue myself. Train your employees better things like this should not happen.

The lady on cash was so genuine and nice. She greeted us as we entered the store and was helpful. All the other staff kept their distance and not once approached us to ask if we needed help finding anything.

Writing because I am disappointed with the service at the store. I received a baby carrier for a baby shower and actually already had one. So being a new mom and all I haven’t had time to return. Finally, had the chance after a while and they wouldn’t accept it because it was past 30 day return. I understand these policies are in place for a reason, but I wasn’t impressed with the worker’s lack of empathy as they were just interested in telling me they won’t take it. It is difficult to get out with a newborn and do something that sounds so simple like a return… I hope Toys R Us will do better with other customers. Feeling disappointed and frustrated..

All shops in Canada allow us to return gifts without receipts, so why don't you? Many people don't provide it at first place, and it wouldn't be nice to ask for it as if saying "I didn't like your gift, I want to return it"!
You will be left after a birthday with many toys you won't need (even duplicates).
On the other hand why isn't a soft copy of a receipt acceptable. Do I really have to drive to my friend's house to get the receipt and come back to you?!?!
And as a cherry on top, I saw the same item yesterday at Walmart for a cheaper price!
