We have been loyal customers of SOUNDS FANTASTIC both in Sussex and Moncton; Both Georgio and Steve know their products thoroughly. By times when we needed advice they were the go to guys!!! We purchased our second T.V from them recently and not only do they service what they sell, they are approachable, engaging and without condition CUSTOMER-FOCUSSED...BRAVO. We would highly recommend to the general public to buy from them. A top flight store on so many levels. We cannot say enough good things about them.

My home theater literally sounds fantastic!Definitely can't go wrong with Sounds Fantastic at all. I had big dreams for my home theater that just didn't quite work for the size of the space with what I wanted. They actually worked with me to get what would be optimal for my space - even if it meant I was spending less money!Completely honest folks that just want you to be happy with your home audio. And happy I am! Everyone I spoke with were all very knowledgeable and understood my needs even if I didn't fully understand what it was I needed.Can't recommend this place enough, the final product is amazing and I'll definitely be enjoying it for years to come. Whenever it's time for an upgrade, I know where I'll be going.

I've been going to this store for years, it has changed its look inside many times over the years but that hasn't affected the awesome service you get when you walk into the store, the product they sell is usually the top of the line, so you will get the best product and service you can possibly get, they're knowledge in there area of expertise great if you don't understand technology they well explain so you can make the best choice for your home entertainment needs. If it's home automation you need, they can hook you up. Drop in or someone is always ready to help over the phone.

I have an older Yamaha Receiver, that all of a sudden would not display anything on my TV not even the receiver's on-screen menu. I talked to Steve who offered a couple of different solutions instead of trying to sell me a new reciever.The factory reset he suggested worked and resolved my issue. So kudos to Steve and his knowledge and saved me some $$$.I will recommend Sounds Fantastic to anyone, and when I get to replace my speakers, I know where they will come from.

Very negative comments to come, we have contacted a lawyer and we will follow his advice, I will give you news.
There seems to have been a lack of communication between us and Soundfantastic, our problems are starting to be resolved.
Today May 23, 2018, problem not yet resolved!!!!!! Problem since June 2017.
