ALEX was always checking up on us making sure that he gave us the best possible deal based on our budget. Working with us to make sure that our experience is top notch, and they amaze us with all the things that they’ve done for us, Finally, we got our first car in Canada and nothing but thanks and gratefulness for these people who helped in Rallye mitsubishi! thank you all for all your help. I didn't plan on buying Brand new, it wasn't in our budget, the used outlander i wanted to look at wasnt even in the lot as i booked to test drive it. I explained to our Salesperson Alex what our Budget was. As he convinced me to go for a test drive. Together with Aymen the sales manager, Alex worked to what we needed. Now at the ripe old age of 39 I have my first brand new vehicle ever. Great value on my trade in, great team work to make the purchase of the 2024 mitsubishi outlander work for our budget. Also got brand new set of winter tires too, which helps but safety is always in our mind with a newborn. Very Unexpected but extremely positive experience!

My husband and I recently bought a new vehicle from Mitsubishi Moncton, marking our second Mitsubishi purchase since 2015. I can confidently say it won’t be our last. While the industry-leading warranty is a major draw, the exceptional customer experience is what truly sets them apart. From the moment you walk in the door, the team makes you feel valued, and that exceptional service continues even after you drive off the lot.
Two weeks after our purchase, I stopped by to pick up our new license plate. The team greeted me by name, asked how I was doing, and inquired about my new vehicle. I shared how much I loved it, and we had a good laugh about me still figuring out all the new gadgets. Shortly after, I was offered a personalized session at my convenience to learn more about the features and address any questions I might have.

I have rarely been "robbed" as much as with them...WOW!!
I went for a noise (which was obvious) in the engine of my Outlander and they gave me $1000 for repairs (oil change, tire rotation, air filter etc...) and then told me that the noise in my engine was going to cost me $7000????
its work is backwards in there......
The logic would have been to offer me a new vehicle with buyouts of mine, but you wanted to capitalize on $$$ in the wrong places. Too bad, I bought a new SUV elsewhere and you lost a customer.

Derek in finance was stellar to work with! He made sure we had all the right info, was patient and extremely knowledgeable. Alex was our sales guy and he was amazing at following up on everything and making sure we had up to date information. He explained all the features in the car and anything he wasn’t sure of he went and found the information right away. Cole greeted us in the showroom when he was returning from somewhere outside the dealership. He took the time to chat with us and find out what we were looking for and when he realized the model of RVR we wanted wasn’t there he got right to work finding one at another dealership. We went on Saturday, our car was there on Monday and the registration and plates were delivered by Friday. Always amazing service, it is why we keep going back! Thanks gang!

BEWARE!
These people are scammers. They post cheap bait cars to get you on the phone and then tell you it's just rolling out the door. All this to upsell to a newer model. Happened to me recently and was very strange. I'll never ever deal with rallye motors. It felt weird and I could tell I was being lied to. 4 days later, the car is still on kijiji and has been updated 2 days ago.

Will never go back or recommend this rallye mitsubishi dealership..they'll promise something but do differently..and if you're going to buy my previous car which is 2022 outlander es with plate no. Kai 545 please check the carfax history..been in accident and overheat. as much as possible avoid this dealership.
Reply: during the negotiation process, we've agreed that I'm gonna get the loyalty rebate by cheque after registration. That's what shanel and I have discussed.when i was inquiring to trade my 2022 ES they told me that I'm gonna get level 2 charger but after the next day when the deal was about to be done they said that it was only promotional on that day and im no longer eligible. Same promised but when the deal was done they gave nothing.
