10 Elmwood Dr, MonctonStopped into Derek's today out of curiosity, the amount of aquariums he has is enough to make you feel youre under the sea. He had made myself and my partner feel extremely welcomed. You could tell Derek's knowledge on it was pure passion, devotion. It didn't necessarily feel like a "shop", but more home felt rather. He makes his store differ greatly from other pet stores I've been in. We weren't purchasing anything as I dont have a salt water set up home currently, Maybe eventually, and Derek had known this, but he still continued to give my partner and I easily a half an hour tour around and explanation on each question and interest we had toward each aquarium, each coral. There was no pressure to purchase anything, or to leave. He kept coming around with a smile and more facts to share with us, to show us. He was genuinely excited to share his knowledge with us. I'm happy we stopped in and felt that welcomed, immediately.

1644 Mountain Rd, MonctonExceptional service I received today. The groomer knew exactly what to do and reassured my extreme anxieties. Our bunny is extremley nervous and had grown matts due to not letting us handle her/me having a newborn and being very busy. She let my bunny stay in the comfort of her carrier and removed her matts very quickly, with no hesitations. She knew what she was doing. I was so happy and proud of our young bunny and the groomer today. Milestones were met. We will 100% be back to this salon. So happy :) she even cut her nails which was a task on its own. Great job (sorry i forgot to catch her name)

131 Mill Rd, MonctonI had an incredible experience at Pumphouse Phil Station! Our server, Alexis, was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we sat down, Alexis was kind, attentive, and made us feel right at home. They recommended an amazing beer that turned out to be one of the best we've ever had! Alexis went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time, and their service truly made our visit special.
To top it off, there was a live performance by Pierre that was just outstanding. His music added the perfect vibe to the evening and made the atmosphere even more enjoyable. Pierre is a talented performer, and his set was the cherry on top of a wonderful night.

40 Lady Ada Blvd Site B, MonctonMy group of 5 friends and I were in a real pinch at midnight unexpectedly trying to find a hotel. When I tell you that we called half a dozen or more hotels who all gave us crazy high prices (especially given the limited time we'd have the room), it's not an understatement. Several hotels lost loyal customers in us all that night, places we each said, "oh I know, let's call the (insert hotel chain name), I'm sure they'll be able to give us a reasonable rate." These places would rather leave a room empty and make $0 or completely scam us with a ridiculous high rate - there was no in between. Cue the Four Points and their night manager, Harvey, who not only was incredibly friendly answering the phone and hearing about our plight but took less than 10 seconds to tell us he would be happy to help us out. We got a super reasonable rate, nothing extreme (that was never our ask!) but certainly didn't leave us feeling gouged, and shared some laughs with us upon checkin. I'm telling you, when you're traveling in a city far from home and find yourself in a jam, it's people like Harvey that can make or break you. He made our night - THANK YOU, HARVEY (and Francis at the front desk)! In addition to the truly amazing staff, our room was spotless, we had extra towels, and the hotel was clean and offered up everything we needed. We will absolutely be customers for life!
