The manager is a theif and confrontational. They sold me a drill combo. Few days later I noticed corrosion on it and went to return it. There was also a cracking on the plastic of the battery.Essentially called me a liar and refused to refund me after because 'he doesn't make mistakes'. He got red in the face and started going off on me in the store.This is after almost half a year of selling them items at very low prices and never arguing about the price.Bunch of Thiefs.

I went in to sell my nintendo switch with a bunch of accessories and was helped by Bryan. He was very genuine, nice and honest about what i had brought in and gave me a very fair price compared to the price of 275$ i got from another pawnshop. I very much recommend this place as theres a bunch of cool stuff there to check out ! Thank you Bryan ?

I purchased a used electric guitar along with the necessary accessories for it. The staff member that helped me in the music department was courteous and knowledgeable. I strongly recommend Parlour Pawn for all your new or used electronic and musical instrument purchases.

Hit or miss. It really depends on the staff you deal with. Pricing is fair on most items. Good selection of things for most people. Video games and paraphernalia. Cell phones and music instruments are some big items they have.Do not pawn things here or anywhere else the interest is so high it's almost criminal (not their fault they have to for high risk lending) borrow money somewhere else if you have any credit at all.

Terrible prices. Terrible service. The most shady pawn shop I’ve been to in years. I definitely do not recommend this pawn shop. Edit: This store used to have some credibility, and some respect to its name. This store is now nothing but an over priced, terribly managed shop. You lost a loyal customer, and trust me many more are with me.

Great service and great prices on a wide variety of items. If something in your house breaks and you need an affordable replacement with an adequate selection of different brands, parlour pawn is the place to go.

We had wanted to perhaps start a learn to play guitar program for children and I contacted Bill Daigle of Parlour Pawn to get pricing. If we could get the guitars economically enough we would be able to send them home with the children. Bill and the team very generously donated 12 guitars, tuned them up and got them all ready for us. We are so very thankful for the generosity from Parlour Pawn. They severely underpay, do not buy books unless it’s for weaboos. They do not buy fishing or hunting gear, they do not buy plated gold, broken phones, basically they only buy things their staff seems to have value. If you’re not a nerd selling a statue of female dead pool or a gaming computer at 30% of its value, or a homeless person with a cache of stolen tools, your trip will be wasted here.I hope they come to understand that they are the niche audience, not the other way around.

Bought an iphone from here. guy said they put new screen and everything. i was pleased. but less than a year later. i needed a home button. i found out almost every screw in phone was missing. and can even hear stuff inside when shaking phone. Repairman with initials MK stamped on battery. your a lazy repaiman. i would be ashamed of your work. Even the girl at cell counter not helpfull at all. Never will i trust Parlour Pawn again.

I went here to get a few things all though they did not have everything I needed they had some good things and because they make money from reselling they can’t have everything anyways the employees were nice to me and it was a good experience ?I did spend to much for three items
