A few things to share to help Kia better serve their future and existing customers. In the short time dealing with Kia, I've experienced a few things. Staffing seems to be an ongoing issue. Calling several times throughout the day and not able to speak to anyone. Also, the online website for new vehicle is not kept current. I was inquiring on a vehicle, they told me it was sold a few days ago.And, not all salespeople are on the same page for knowledge. You get a different answer from most....frustrating. And, you should have a receptionist fluent In both official languages. If I hadn't gone through dealer to sell my vehicle....I would have gone elsewhere.

Josiah from Moncton Kia, is simply the best. He exemplifies excellent service, a true professional. Throughout my entire experience, he has been nothing but pleasant, accommodating and easy to deal with. A true asset to the organization!

In the market for a new EV, we walked into the dealership and was promptly greeted by Fanki-May. We explained our situation and she laid down all the options we had. we were trading in another car and they gave us a fair offer on it. We took the details away and sat on it overnight. At no time did we feel pressured to buy. We returned the next day and took the car out for a drive and we fell in love with it. The buying process was fast and efficient they had to get some numbers from the old car so they told us they would send the documents to us via email. so we didn't have to come back down. process was amazingly smooth and would recommend. Thanks again

Poor customer service by the service department. Brought my car in to have a sensor replaced after paying over 300$ for a diagnostics test. Part ordered, appointment booked when part was to arrive. Brought car in today , and part was not available. Complete waste of time, and to make matters worse - despite them “not touching my car at all “ (it moved !), the problem is worse than prior to me bringing the car in. Terrible customer service , do not recommend KIA Moncton for anything.

Horrible service, lied about when parts came in, no one answered the phone for days, car was there for 5 days on an appointment and then they toldMe I needed to book another appointment for them to fix it….toldMe a manager needed to make my second appointment. Asked to speak to the supervisor. Still waiting for that call back. I wouldn’t recommend anything with these guys the worst experience ever

We were travelling through Moncton from Ontario when our car started acting up. We had it towed to Moncton Kia on a Tuesday; a day when they had a full service schedule and were short one technician, but they were still able to diagnose the problem by lunch time. It needed a part, which had to come from Toronto, but could not arrive before Thursday. Amazingly, by 9:15am on Thursday, Sue called to say the part had arrived and the car was ready to go. They even paid for the taxi we had to take from the motel back to the dealership to pick it up. We can't say enough about the excellent service and friendly staff at Moncton Kia. If we lived closer, this is definitely the dealership we would be patronizing.

Had my Sedona in to have the rear vents checked and waited 3 hrs. They came back and told me they were fine which they weren't. I asked to see the tech and went outside with him to check the van. It clearly was not working which the tech explained he was given the wrong information to check. They sent me home and paid for my taxi there and back which was great but had refused to do so when I got there in the morning. Said it was too far to Shediac lol 17 min drive. Anyways the rear motor that blows the air to the back was dead they are replacing under warranty and covered my costs for diagnostic due to the screw up at the desk. They made it right which is all you can ask really it started rough but ended well and I appreciate them making up for their mistake and taking care of everything. Classy group the tech that came out was great. I didn't catch his name and also the salesman I spoke with in regards to an upgrade "Gregg" was fantastic and super knowledgeable! No pressure at all just have me the info I needed in regards to a new vehicle inquired about. Excellent service I will definitely buy in the future.

Probably one of the best experiences, if not the best I've had with a car company.I've been to many dealers in the past weeks as I was in search of a vehicle and let me tell you this, the service I've got at Moncton Kia was so much more professional, friendly, detail oriented than anywhere else in the industry.Chantal, the finance director was diligent and friendly, she made sure everything was easy and the whole team was welcoming and polite.But kudos to the sales consultant Josiah who went above and beyond making sure everything was perfect, even after the sale. Thank you again.Highly recommended.

My recent experience with Kia Moncton Service dept was great!I showed up at the dealership unannounced with an engine issue. From beginning to end, Sue Cormier was really helpful, professsional and pleasant to deal with. The engine had to be replaced under warranty. Sue kept us updated and informed every step of the way. The engine was ordered and replaced in a matter of days!! I also got to meet the Service Dept manager Darren which was also helpful and pleasant to deal with. Sue and Darren are assets to this dealership in my opinion, they both have loads of experience and know how to treat customers right. Thank you for making this experience less stressful.

My experience has been so terrible I can’t even begin to tell you still waiting after a week with my car sitting filling a space in their parking lot. They were told by the company that provides my extended warranty to overnight my parts since they have screwed me for days on end and yet they still have not done that and I am still waiting on my car. If you are smart you will find another dealership do not bring your car to this service department !!!!

My mother went to Kia dealership today to change the lease my father had for a Sportage because my dad passed in late October 2022.My mother brought a copy of the death certificate as proof and they charged her over $1k to change the lease into her name .This had nothing to do with registration or taxes as we had this completed already with DMV .I can't believe they did this to a grieving widow.Speechless
