Did car inspection, they rejected my car inspection, saying I needed a ball joint, got that fix.
Returned the car back in they starting saying had other issues and was deemed safe for the road.
So the first time they didn't see the other issues and now they find other things.
This place is a scam for inspection.

I heard about Loftus, been there twice, and wouldn't even dream of going elsewhere. The straight up honesty you get is so comforting. Not traditional in the industry. Great great service.

When i got my tires changed at the Dealership i got told my Serpentine belt, Tensioner and something with a water belt was needed to be changed. A service who would have set me back 660$ labor all included.Went to Loftus for a second opinion as something didn't feel right and Loftus said the Dealership is wrong my car is not needing those fixes.I booked an oil change in the future with them. Glad to see as a girl, at Loftus, i am not taking advantage of. Honest work/advice they do, and treat you like a person/friend not just for your money.

Met one of your driver's tonight at the Memramcook Esso. Had a little situation with another patron at the pumps who was coming down off something and having a mini meltdown. Your driver controlled the situation wonderfully!

Failed the safety for "ball joints" went to fix them and they were fine so I went to another garage on st George Blvd for a second opinion and he took pry bars and couldn't see any movement at all on the ball joints. The other mechanic laughed at these guys and said my ball joints are absolutely fine. Very sketchy place trying to make up stuff to repair to increase revenue. Avoid like the plague!!!
