Easy in/out process, exit and enter is different, plenty of parking on street. Can take couple of hours to unload.Appointment times and driver hours need to be respected more.

This DC has absolutely no respect for drivers if you book in on time or early. Be prepared to wait, wait, and wait! Like most of their DCs, we are used as an extension of their warehouses. And delivery companies don't have the balls to call them out on it.
Staff are rude, if you call them out on it. They will make you wait even longer..
I arrived there at 7am for a 9am appointment, got a door. Eventually got unloaded, but had to wait until 1pm for my PPW. Guy gave me my POD then got in his car drove away. His shift done. No explanation as to the delay except to say "You drivers don't know how warehouses work" ???
Today I booked in at 7am for 9am, told to wait on the road for a call! It's now nearly 11am still no call.
Absolutel disgrace ?

Horrible attitude from shipping and receiving. My trailer has been empty for more than an hour, I went inside to request my papers because I have more places to go and they all gave me attitude and smart comments to the point that we started arguing... This is a trucking business, you cant hold people's papers just because you dont like your job. Stay home.

Not very welcoming! The guy drops into his chair cowardly, hands me my bills and I get a "too late".Very slow and seems unmotivated by their work.

Very rude behavior of their morning staff, they have plenty of parking lots available but they won't allow you to park inside. They force you to either park on the road or you go to shell truck stop. Most of their parking lots are empty but NO to truck drivers. Shameless people

I am here on dock from 7 am and its 1:00 Pm now they done and waiting for papers from last 1 and half hour. I have no idea how much time they gonna take more. I miss my pickup due to these guys.Avoid this place if you can
