I tried out one (1) lazyboy chair for myself and my grandmother, and was immediately told to get off, that this was not a toy, it was for seniors with mobility issues only.(not true anyone can have mobility issues). In this workers words “I can tell you don’t have any mobility issues by just looking at you” which should never be said to anyone because you never know what a person has to deal with and wether they have disabilities or not. Once I asked how she would know that I wasn’t interested in buying one, she immediately asked if I was interested wanting to sell me one, when I said not anymore, she went sour again and said that this lazy boy wouldn’t be good for me anyway because of my height and weight (wasn’t for me to begin with) and that she’d have to measure me. Which could have been said kinder. I hope this employee changes her ways soon because with her attitude they are sure to loose plenty of customers. She was extremely rude and even went as far as to rip the remote out of my hand as I was putting it back to its former setting.

I had to BEG the woman today April 28/23 (who was not busy but gabbing with coworker) to come and show me the feachers of how a folding walker and other benefits of opening and closing and of seat operation!

This store should be proud of their excellent staff. Very accomodating, knowledgeable, and friendly. As far as I am concerned, they are the best in Moncton. Everything that we have purchased due to mobility issues has been in stock, or was ordered and received within one week. I have dealt with several home health suppliers in Moncton and none can live up to Lawtons service.

Idk I've been waiting for a wheelchair from them since August 22nd I was told that I will get it by August 23d,but here i am 2 hrs before they close still no chair and if i dont get it today which is Friday ill have to wait until monday!!????
