Tonight the staff at the pharmacy went above and beyond for me. The pharmacy assistant (I think her name was Chelsey) was incredibly patient, and most of all kind. Very kind team back there tonight 24th July at closing. Much appreciated

Worst customer service i ever seen in Moncton. They got so called 30 day return policy but when you go to return. They just laugh at you and don’t take the product back. The lady named Jeanine is very rude , don’t know what is the customer service means.
P.S - Don’t ever come to this Lawton Drugs.

i was in there today for some olive oil,,,but because i complained about paying over 15 dollars for a 10 ml bottle he told me i was complicating things,,,well maybe in your world 15 dollars isn,t much but in my world it is,,,,,enouph said

Horrible! Just Horrible! Belittling and very narcissistic. I have delt with many pharmacies over the years. I am a health care professional myself and I would never condensend anyone they way they did to me today. NEVER again will I deal with Lawton's, nor will I ever advise my clients/patients to. They went out of their way to push me down. You may think you are big but one client at a time is still one loss of a client ? it will catch up with you ?

Have always loved this store.. right from the start! Workers are all very friendly and help out in anyway they can to find what you need and to have a big smile… It is so pleasant and bright and cheery… I give them ALL an A+ for hospitality and the pharmacy personnel are also very friendly and helpful… Way to go everyone ???
