Was there because our septic backed up. I had a ton of laundry. The manager Gerald and his assistant Bal were so kind and extremely helpful. Highly recommend this place. ??

Mountain Laundromat has developed a reputation for professionalism and top-notch customer service in the community. Jay and his team genuinely care about you and your business. They work tirelessly to ensure you feel welcome and go above and beyond to make it a stress-free experience from start to finish. There's tons of parking, the area is well-lit, safe, and the facilities and machines are well maintained. You can pay with debit/credit but they always have change onsite and that convenience is a huge bonus. I couldn't recommend Mountain Laundromat enough for your laundry needs.

This is the BEST Laundry Matt in town... Machines are always nice & clean they always are in working order.. They always offer to help carry my clothes in from the car & will help Carrie them back out to car when after I'm finished...and I like that there is always someone there from open to close unlike the West main never anyone there the machines & the place is filthy... So I started going to mountain Rd. And been there ever since. Only complain is the Little guy that work there for yrs. And was always there..well sad he's not there cuz he was awesome but so is the newest guy to but the older guy that just started working there I thought he was the owner but I guess he's a manger or something well he stands around behind u making us feel uncomfortable do ya don't like that if I need him I come get him. He seems nice & all but ppl. Need there space & don't like it when a worker it standing there pretty much breathing done their neck.

I had a great experience at this laundromat. Mr. Jay was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my visit. The laundromat offers two options for washing and drying: you can use loonies or pay with credit/debit cards, which is very convenient. The machines are in excellent condition, and the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the place were impressive. I highly recommend this laundromat for a hassle-free laundry experience.

Very clean, machines are in good working condition, and they have machines for cash or card (credit & debit accepted). Their hours are awesome and the location is convenient.

Nice clean business. Friendly, helpful, staff and reasonably priced. They have mach8nes that use coins or credit cards for payment.

I am a new customer, and I have tried their new Wash and Fold Service! This is a service for those who can't take care of laundry on a busy day.Great place, definitely coming here every weekend for when I need to do some laundry!

Very clean place, the owner was super friendly and nice. The washers worked very well, and so did the dryers. You can pay with loonies or your card (debit/credit). I ran out of loonies but i was able to get change, so that was nice as well. I recommend ! :)

Usually a friendly place to do your laundry , went today and gave the attendant a 20 bill for the second time to finish drying my laundry, and because he rushed and gave me a roll with 25 in it without me noticing because I never opend it and left it in my drives vehicle he acted like a was trying to steal from him . I went and checked the roll , noticed he was correct and gave it to him and suggested that he should double check before giving someone money back and he proceeded to be flabbergasted that I suggested he was in the wrong for giving me more then I gave him and wrong for assuming I knew and treating me like a thief . Apparently I'm banned also for asking for the owners number to discuss the matter in which I was beign treated. which he claimed to be a partial owner but then when I asked for the number for the 2nd time he ran out to his truck and ignored me as I left and asked again for the 3rd time . And he also put his hand on my shoulder at which point I told him not to touch me . Not impressed . Never had a bad experience and been coming here for awhile .

Very clean machines and extremely helpful staff. I especially like the new card based washers and the ease with which machines are usually readily available. There is ample counter space to fold and staff are always very friendly. Instead of waiting I am usually able to cross the street and pick up items at the grocery. I strongly recommend this laundromat.
