Went in for a driver fitting, hit 2 drivers and the guy was just pushing the most expensive one which was near a grand, clearly neither were right for me, would have liked more options and less sales pitch. Wasted $60 on a “fitting” and still need to find the right driver. Total waste of money. Won’t be buying a driver there.

Terrible service here! You bring clubs in to get lofts and lies done, They tell you they will be done the next day and a week later still not done. Unfortunately this happens to me every time I bring clubs here. Time to find a new golf shop.

Not enough staff for a Sunday. Couldn’t find anyone to help me out. Waited 20 minutes and left. Was ready to buy a new set of clubs $2,000 budget. Bizarre.

They have a good selection of used clubs, but it takes forever to get clubs re-gripped . They only have one employee that does it, in the past they had multiple and could get the job done quicker. I also havent been able to get an answer on the phone the past 5-6 times I have called, on two separate days.

I bought a pair of under armour golf shorts last week and asked the associate for a size 34. She said it was showing 7 left in stock. She came back and said she found one. I had no reason to doubt her, so I took the tag off and wore them for a round that same day. They felt larger than my other shorts so I checked them and it turned out they were a size 36. Went today to exchange them and the female manager was extremely ignorant to me and said they couldn’t return them because they were worn and that it was too bad, there was nothing they could do. I have never in my like been in a retail store and experienced that level of unprofessionalism and rudeness for management. The store manager and and female employee (i assume she was a supervisor) were both ignorant. It’s a shame because I spend quite a bit there each golf season but that will be my last visit in that store. They lost a customer because of poor customer service and all over a pair of shorts. I would rate them a 0 star after that if I could. I wouldn’t recommend this location unless they have a change in management or supervisors.

Great customer is rare these days, golf town moncton still has it. I walked through the door the ladies greeted me with a smile. As I waited at the pro shop 2 employees checked to see if i was taken care of in less then 5mins. Now to the issue i was there in October i did a fitting for clubs and purchased them. After using them at the driving range the last 3 weeks my driver and my 3wood broke. Greg the manager came out and was amazing, very helpful and very respectful. He told me i should of had a stiff flex rather then regular where im a bigger guy. He found me a new set of clubs and exchanged them at no cost to me. Most places would have told me they couldnt do anything for me and say sorry as if a sorry fixes things. But Golftown actually rectified the problem and went above and beyond to make me a happier customer and definitely a life long customer. I highly reccomend Golf town moncton. Very knowledgable and amazing people. Thanks again Greg you are a stand up man.

Telephoned the Moncton Golftown today wondering if they had a 7 wood, explained I was from out of town and didn't want to drive 2 hrs to find tbey didnt have any, the response was most of the store clients are from out of town, they did not have time to look but if someone had time later they would call but never did. I have spent my fair share at Golftown Moncton over the past decade but they must need more staff I felt a little like they didn't care.

Worst customer service ever. Been in twice to try a set of irons and got walked by like I wasn’t there then told to come back some other time after people in line behind me were given the chance to try what they wanted.

Went for a fitting today for new irons, very happy with the results.Would definitely recommend Olivier , very friendly and easy to talk to. Also very knowledgeable and explained the process clearly. ??
