Customer service is HORROR. Now two months since my subscription ended and they continue to charge me every two weeks, and had the nerve to renew my subscription. When I call them they hang up on me. They don't respond to emails. Impossible to speak to anyone in French. When they answer me they tell me that the manager will call me back and the manager never calls me back!!! It’s a scandal and theft!

I like the staff, there are many machines broken for a Long period of time. So I missed some of my work out because people are waiting for the machine's doesn't seem to be getting any better

Love the gym, but extreme miss because I thought I lost my card so I paid for a new one, and soon as I paid I found my card in my bag in front of the employee Zack. He wouldn’t issue me a refund, and told me that I could see the manager the next day. But he wouldn’t leave a note or anything with my name for the manager to understand the situation that I found my card right in front of the employee the second after I paid. Very rude employee and insensitive. Just wanted to go home since it was time for him to be off, and didn’t care about me at all. So unprofessional!!!!!

Went to purchase membership today and cash payment denied. Couldn’t even pay a year in full with cash. Interesting considering our money has “legal tender” written on it

Large location with lots of machines, free weights and cardio equipment. They also have hydro massage tables, tanning area and showers. Plenty of parking and Atlantic Superstore next door.

Most will complain, however, if you don’t mind the membership you certainly won’t mind the facility. At that point, are your complaints really valid? This is essentially a broke version of Goodlife so what the hell more can you ask for…

Good bi-weekly price, but the machines are always broken. It gets packed during the evening for a couple of hours. You get what you pay for. Their Black Card membership might be worth it if you're looking to use the amenities. You can bring a friend or share your membership card with them. Well located, so if your expectations are not to bougie, I'd say it's a pretty good deal for an In-Out workout.
