We switched from a major pharmacy over a year ago and it was the best decision! We were tired of waiting hours for prescriptions and then waiting in line 20 minutes to pick it up only to be told to wait off to the side that they were not ready yet. He is speedy at getting our medication ready and always greats us with a smile and goes above and beyond. Every time I leave, I always say, I love our little local pharmacy.

The owner and staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Prescriptions are filled much more quickly than my previous pharmacy (Shoppers), and the automatic refill system is extremely convenient. I've also found that vaccines given by the owner are the smoothest/least painful I've experienced. I'm so happy I switched to this pharmacy.

We switched from Costco to Evergreen Guardian last year, and we couldn’t be happier. Maged, the owner, treats us like friends and remembers our names. Their automatic refill system is super convenient, and we’re actually paying less than we did at Costco because he found coupons for one of my prescriptions. We also get our vaccinations there. No regrets at all!

Maged is a great person to deal with as far as customer service goes, he knows what you are getting and what you need to do to get it and if there is anything he can help you with he does. He's has personally contacted my doctor about my prescription and made sure that it was available for me when needed. Great guy to deal with as far as owner operator goes I wish there were more people like him in his field

The owner makes his own laws and trys to belittle people.
Went to return an item and he said it's a federal law that no item can be returned if it's been more than a day of purchase (allergy ointment- which wasn't used)
And belittles me telling me I don't know anything and that no pharmacy returns anything.
Apparently, He has his own return policy which is within a few hours.
Never going back to this store for sure.

My daughter and I first went to this pharmacy because it was the only one I could find offering flu shots at the times that I needed due to our schedules.
We went again today for my daughter's COVID vaccine. Both times the owner/pharmacist Maged Saadallah was so incredibly kind, compassionate and genuinely appreciated us being there. He was absolutely incredible with my daughter and so was the pharmacy tech.
Because of our experience both times, we as a family have decided to switch pharmacies to his.
Thank you for being a genuine, kind human who still believes in great customer service and is grateful for the business.

Me and the kid always get our vaccines here. The pharmacist is always so entertaining and makes the kid laugh as he's getting jabbed. Truly amazing!
