pretty horrible experience with these folks. Pretty sloppy email correspondence, one really incompetent oversight that led to a withdrawal $200 over what I was quoted, zero % accomodation or apology from the company after that, belittling and condescending on the phone... I paid to cancel with this insurance provider. They came highly recommended but my experience was quite negative. I'd leave zero stars if it were an option. I'd suggest looking to the Cooperators instead.

The worst customer service I've ever encountered in my life, and I worked in retail and food service for over 5 years. I paid to cancel my premium and go with the Cooperators instead. Could not possibly be more unimpressed.

I've been with Derri's company through State Farm as well as Desjardin, for over 20 years. but the last few years have not gone smoothly. i called in in the spring to get my vehicle on the road for summer, just to be told in the summer when I called back in to get a new driver on the policy, that I haven't ben insured. I told him we had been making payment, why aren't we insured. He didn't want to call me back and apologize for his mistake, so he called my husband. And a year later I'm buying a house that needs insurance papers and the man that is supposed to help me won't get back to my lawyers and won't return emails. So I've had to in a rush get a new insurance compan, so my sale will go through. Not sure what would happen if I actually had a claim. Probably be impossible to reach them.

I have been with this insurance company for many years and have not had any issues. They have been helpful and supportive. When I needed to access insurance needs they were quick to respond and processed my claim quickly.

Nice to be able to call and talk to someone local about your insurance needs. Very responsive and great customer service.
