Unbelievable I had a interview with the manager and he told me I have the job as a driver . I NEVER been called in for work! So I called and they found some fancy excuses! Can’t believe companies getting away with that!

I'm trying to think of a time we picked up an order and didnt have an issue...Most visits our order is damaged if not half missing. I usually get tired of waiting for a late order, and call to see why it hasn't come in, only to discover it's been there, no one has called to tell me.I've been told the only way to get a refund is to leave product behind. Then Fastfrate manager has called me thinking I'm SOMEONE ELSE and tried to sell me back my own damaged product. Then I've been told, if I didnt take the damaged order, how was I suppose to prove there was any damage.The warehouse workers know less about the claims process than I did. Blew cigarette smoke in our faces while WE got on the phone to deal with the issues they caused. He carelessly dropped our invoice in a puddle and drove away. Then asked us if we still had our invoice to prove order was short.I think the absolute worst thing about this location however, is that the ignorant forklift jockeys get to drive around like lunatics and act rude & unhelpful to customers, and then sweet sweet Brenda in the office has to deal with the angry mistreated customers... there is a serious imbalance happening here, I hope she is properly compensated for what she must have to put up with on a daily basis.
