Bought new tires, they were reasonable in pricing but when I went to pick up my suv with the new tires they had a film (maybe a lubricant) around the rim and gave it back like that. I had to ask for them to be cleaned and the counter staff said he did them fast. I mean not something I want to hear on something I paid almost $1400 on.

Worst experience I've ever had at a tire shop. I asked to have my rear passenger tire repaired and a nail removed. Instead the replaced a stem on the opposite tire. So they realize the tire can't be patched so I order 4 new tires and they say it will be ready first thing in the morning. I call at noon for an update and they can't give me any update. I'm not in the system and they don't have any info on my truck. I finally get a call back and they say my truck is ready at 4pm. I go pick it up and they charged me for the valve stem they replaced by accident on a tire that I will not be using anymore. On my way home I topped up the air in my tires cause the warning light on my truck said the two front tires were not filled all the way. Nobody in that place seemed like they were professional or cared about customer service.
