    Opened us savings account as we received email for promotional interest. Moved money from another bank and didn't receive promotional interest. Asked teller she doesn't know simply said as he dont know. 😬

    It’s been a month i am trying to book an appointment but no one answers the call and if we walk in they don’t entertain us. What a pathetic service.

    Just one customer representative is available and handling all the clients. Just getting a simple service you have to wait at least 30min it’s really devastating.
