Poor customer service. Worker seemed almost annoyed she had to serve me and my girlfriend. I purchased my box and she assembled it for me, but made my girlfriend assemble her box instead. She also didn't mention they had flat rate boxes that would've been about half the price of what I paid. I was also asked about the value of the package, and after stating that it was under 100$ multiple times, she seemed annoyed by my answer. Overall terrible experience.

Went twice couldnt confirm confirm my id ? valid id, Canadian citizenship card federally issued with photo. They said it had no exiry date. ? i told them put 3000/1/1 for date in system should work, like canada gov says too and they refused. Chubby blonde needs new job honestly

This place is horrid there tracking number say expected Friday then the company I order from says Canada post has a big delay and could take 3 weeks to get an express 3 day delivery.You guys are horrible.Stop writing arrival dates when it’s going to be weeks later stop saying delivery this day and have to wait weeks. You guys are plain jokes. You litterally suck Canada post

Alexandra (I believe, according to the recipt) was so nice. She greeted me right away and seemed so happy to help me. I was having a hard time and she really made my day. Great staff, will come again for sure. Sometimes in customer service you don't realize how much of a difference you can make in someone's life, even during a short interaction.

The worse location I've been to,was only 3 customers, the employee acted flustered and overwhelmed and was very rude, and this was at opening time. She threw a form back at me and snapped "I said name and address I need postal code" after I missed that line. This was on 23-05-14 at 11:12 amservered by Janice. Hopefully her customer service skills improve.

Very awful customer service by the representative named ‘Alex’ not at all friendly and she talks very rudely, totally unhelpful person who doesn’t give you proper reply and very rude she will just start speaking loudly to you even though you are being nice and asking nicely about the alternative.

It is beyond me that canada post cannot deliver a parcel to save their lives.Pathetic, useless, lazy. I’ve not had a single successful mail delivery from this company. Don’t bother using this service.

Awful the drivers never make any real attempts to deliver any packages all they do is silently leave a notice, half the times they don't even unload the truck after the shift is done, everyone behind the counter in shoppers is jaded, monotone, uncaring and unhelpful. Also I believe the blonde 25 odd year old is deliberately withholding packages from people, claims "its not here" and doesn't even look.

Customer service that represents also the company. There's one person I've always had serve me when I come in and you know that type of customer service where it's clear they are just faking being nice and if they at any point can use any power they have to make your life difficult they do it? Yup that's this location. I won't get started on a review of Canada Post itself but it also gets the 1 star.

Sometimes when I show up, no one is there. They leave a BRB sign up, but the wait would have been almost 2 hours.When they are present however, they are always fast, efficient and friendly.
