I have visited Brilliant Smoke Shop on three different occasions since the new management has taken over.
I was greeted each time and acknowledged by staff. They were very helpful. On two visits, they even gave a discount on my total.

Always great service, I was on the fence about what I wanted to get and the manager was so friendly and helpful and took his time explaining everything to me and made sure I was comfortable with what I wanted, he’s absolutely amazing every time I go
