Laura is a very nice person to deal with, even though we haven't met yet. She ships the frozen raw food to me because I can't get it here where I live. Myself and my two furbabies appreciate it so much. All the best to her!

Not sure if it should be one or two stars. The store is nice but stocked with overpriced food, treats and accessories. The owner is very opinionated and dismissive of anything that other pet stores recommend and sell. Disappointed customer.
