“They did a great job fixing a dent on my car. I saw some scratches that I didn’t remember seeing before when I picked up my car. I talked with one of the staff and they showed me the photos from when I dropped it off to confirm that the scratches were there before they worked on my car. They were very polite about it, even though they didn’t have to be, which I appreciate.”

“Somebody recently hit my car and left. There was some damage so I took it to Trinity Collision. An estimate was done, photos were taken and parts were ordered. When the parts came in we made an appointment and it was seamless. The rental car had been arranged by them, they said it would be 3 days and it was. The estimate was the actual cost. Everyone was so friendly, punctual and honest. They certainly made a stressful situation much better. (Your receptionist Carmen is amazing.)”

“Once vehicle has been dropped off there is no communication between the shop and the customer. We do not get any status of repair or an estimate on when car will be ready. Unless we call we are in the dark. The front desk employees are friendly and professional.Communication could be done by e-mail, text messages or even a web login.”
