Recently, our family experienced the unexpected and have had a lot financial matters we have had to deal with. I can honestly say, every encounter we have had along the way has been exactly what we needed. From the initial financial advisor meeting, to weekly stop ins to the tellers to deal with issues and obstacles that presented over the last several weeks everyone has been lovely and so kind and compassionate. I wish I knew each of the tellers names, because they all deserve recognition for their professionalism and compassion. One in particular we have dealt with a great deal has been Victoria. They also have three friendly tellers who make the branch feel welcoming, and the service overall has been smooth. I really like that they have a triage person at the front to help with appointments or general questions, so you don’t have to wait in line for the tellers if it’s something simple.
