What garbage!!!!!! Went to the hot food counter, worker was getting a family thier food, I patiently waited behind them so I could order some food. Unfortunately a man walked in front of me and started looking at the things for sale, then another employee comes out if nowhere and asks him what he would like. WHAT ABOUT ME????? IM STANDING THERE 5 MINUTES OR MORE AND NO ONE WANYS TO HELP ME????? So fine, mary browns is on my way home, and they were very happy to serve me and fast too.

Why is James Walker leaving the cash registers open in the food court/meals to go, when there is no viable exit. I had to force my way through the entry cattle bars. That is unacceptable and then James walker disciplines workers and threatens to fire them if customers are let out. That is disgusting.

Why dont cashiers bag groceries anymore?? Before I can finish unloading the cart on the belt they've made a disastrous pile at the other end instead of bagging as they go. I can't be in 2 places

Worst retail store ever, the employees doesn’t want to help as they are so rude and tells us go and ask someone else. The manager must train the employees how to deal a customer and makes them happy. Always remember that make customers happy or someone else will.

A store that can't make up their minds. Every other week I go in they change something about the self checkouts- whether it be strict and makes you set the item before continuing, then lifting that rule, bringing it back, and now restricting it to a small number of items.
Number of staff has not increased. If anything I see less, but it doesn't surprise me. The owners like to cut everyone's hours to hire students, especially in the summer.
When certain brands are out of stock they replace them with something with no name, and is the worst substitute I have ever tasted. Never in my life would I have thought chicken could be so tough it was damn near impossible to chew. It was still juicy, not even overcooked, but tough and covered in bruises.
Instead of gouging us for profits, support the people that buy from you, and stop giving them reasons for those plastic banners and rails you spent money to install. They're ugly and a safety/accessibility hazard. Do not recommend these locations if you are in a wheelchair because you'll likely get stuck in one of the gates.

*Good store over all, i do come regularly!*
Only complaint is the fish.
I bought fresh salmon ( not cheap) and froze same day ,but when I open my freezer it reaks of fish.
I checked it and smelled it and it's the salmon, not my freezer itself. I keep it clean and rotate everything. This happened to me twice, so really it's not all the time but for the price I would hope it didn't happen at all..😬
Since I never keep a receipt for groceries I cannot return it.
Lesson learned, keep any receipts I have til not needed anymore.

It's decent! I wish most of the flower bouquets were fresher, but I get that they wilt since no one buys them while they were still at full price. I wish that they get preserved better though. The Starbucks here has really good staff! but the drinks there are pricy af so I only try some every once in a while. However, the strawberry matcha oat/tea drink I got was pretty good, and that's saying something because I usually HATE oat milk lol

I love Superstore. I had to laugh last time I was there. I went through self check out and as I was leaving the associate monitoring all the self check outs came up to me and gave me a card to complete a survey about her service.
