Very sad to say that the service manager is scamming customers with fraudulent billing and fantasie repairs.My truck was there for airleak, heater valve and some other stuff. The first heater valve was screwed in so hard that the plastic cracked. The second one leaking coolant. after complaining they put in a fitting on the engine block that never leaked to get around the valve repair. Didn't fix the airleak. Still leaking coolant. Charged 2 hours for hood cables... where others take 1/2 hour to do. And the list goes on and on.... The service manager treats you like a little stupid kid. I tried over weeks to get in touch with the owner and left messages to sort things out but he never bothered to get back to me.Walsh was a good repair shop but has become a dishonest overcharging scheme.If you can manage to go somewhere else do not stop here.

Nice people. They did a small job of fixing the step on my truck which,I thought was reasonably priced. But I won’t be doing any more oil changes there. Their prices are about 160% higher than I’ve ever paid before. $802.00. They don’t have 10w30 in bulk, so you’re paying for individual jugs of oil.

Very poor quality of customer service. They made me wait for hours for a little thing. They took advantage of being away from home. Rude people very bad service. Hope nobody will get stuck here
