I’m from Ontario and took my 2020 Sentra in for an oil change while visiting in-laws in Richibucto. Two days later I was on my way back to Ontario and first stop was in Edmunston. There was a strong smell of burning oil. I immediately looked under the hood to see that the oil filler cap had been left off by the Nissan technician Wesley. Oil had sprayed up into the engine compartment causing the fumes and smell of burning oil. I called first thing Monday morning to inform them about this and all they will do is reimburse me the cost of the oil change. The inside of my engine compartment is an oily mess because of their technician and they are expecting me to drive all the way back to NB (1500 kms)to have it cleaned rather than coordinating with my local dealership in Pembroke to have the work done there. Typical sleazy operation.

Make sure you check your bill of sale & warranty paperwork. They sold me a car advertised “like new” that I have put 1.5 tanks of gas in it just taking it home and just found out it need 10k worth of work to make it “like new”
Sold me a warranty knowing it needed work to even pass inspection ( not legal) and have all wrong mileage throught the paper work. They are giving me the run around…
Make sure it’s safe to even drive as mine isn’t.
They don’t take used in cars in or even look at them when the get them on trade In just push them out and are going to cause some serious accidents one of these times.

Service department, they are just looking to make money out of your pocket.They failed my MVI saying I needed 4 new tires, I checked and said they're not even to the wear marks, service manager said it failed at 3/32 for MVI (wrong as it's at 2/32 or 1.6mm). I went to another garage for a second opinion, tires are 5/32 and pass the inspection no issues. Ps I would've put zero star but it won't let me

Love their new building, so inviting.They recently built a brand new dealership and it's way better than the old one. Comfy chairs, phone charging station and some tvs to watch. Theres even a coffee/snack area. You won't be uncomfortable while you wait for your car to be serviced, that's for sure.Staff are kind and look out for you, unlike some other places that try to throw stuff in to get your money. They're honest and will tell you exactly what you need to hear, not what they think you want to hear.
