Hello StuartThank you for this email reminder, as of today, we’ve yet to see any emails from Hyundai on a customer experience survey.I can fill you in on our experience with your Employee Jodi Hachey, we had the opportunity to meet Jodi during an unfortunate incident that occurred with our 2017 Santa Fe back on April 18th 2024On the 18th, my spouse was making her way down to Miramichi to pick up our grandson for the weekend. As she arrived in Miramichi, she noticed that the check engine light had come on and suddenly the vehicle started to heave forward and appeared to come to a complete stop and then all of a sudden it was moving again until an excessive knocking sound was coming from the engine. She had called me at work to let me know what was occurring and being close to an hour away, I was a bit worried for her and what would occur with our vehicle. At that point I asked her to simply go to the nearest service center to get some advice, which just happened to be Canadian Tire. Well let me tell you that request for assistance did not go over very well. No one at that location offered to help so she limped over to Honda with the Santa Fe and at least she was able to get advice as to bring the Vehicle to the nearest Hyundai dealership as it was not going to make it back to Bathurst.It was at that point that we met Jodi and right from the start, you could sense there was something special about that employee. Jodi immediately jumped to offer assistance to Tanya and even went outside to look at the instrument cluster and at that point Jodi went to work for us!In no time at all, arrangements were made to have a rental vehicle for us(We never expected this at all to be honest with you) and then proceeded to request important documents, etc.… in order to submit this to Hyundai Canada for further review.The very next day, Jodi called me to give me the good news and in no time our Santa Fe was repaired and back on the road, and to make it even better, it was all covered!! I still recall the phone call and the excitement in her voice and when she did tell us that It was covered, I said to her that she was a Rockstar!! I still laugh about that. ?I will tell you this. In all my experiences with Auto Dealers, by far this was the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had. We were treated with empathy and urgency in our time of despair and she showed tremendous leadership, she has that take charge attitude if you will. Throughout the entire incident from start to finish, she kept us posted on developments and was always there to take a call when we had questions on our end.In ending, we would like to thank you once again for all you have done for us over at Trevors Hyundai, and without Jodi’s help and guidance throughout this matter it made it that much easier for us. You are very lucky to have an employee like Jodi and she should be commended for her hard work and dedication to Trevors & Hyundai!

I was really surprised by the salesman who didn't try to up sell my mom a car that she didn't need. I know my mother likes one of the mechanics that works there.

Have a 2020 tucson with oil consumption issue. And has been towed 3 times because it goes into limp mode. Always get my oil changed at the dealer. They told Me I have to have 6 oil changes with a low oil level for them to investigate the issue. I just had my car serviced and tried getting it inspected they failed the brakes on the car even thought they where just replaced less then 10k ago. And when I asked if my oil level was low they had completely forgot why my car was there In the first place. I bought the extended warranty on my car and keep getting the run around and pretty much got told because I didn't buy it from this dealer I get treated like a second rate customer I will never buy a vehicle from them it's honestly to bad this is who is representing hyundai in my area one of the worst places iv delt with as a customer I will be contacting hyundai corporate

Took my car that I bought from there a 2016 genesis g80 first time I had it serviced there is was great no issues at all almost back to the way I bought it but I had it serviced a week ago I told them when I made the appointment that I needed rear brakes done as well they told me that it would take a week for the brake parts to be in stock and as I got it home the plastics under my engine dropped and my brakes have completely failed I don't know what happened in the mechanic side of the business but it's not as it was the service I received when buying the car was fantastic and the customer service is incredible however telling the car was safe to drive for a week then having the brakes fail on me for the car I drive daily to and from work on a road I've traveled on since I got the car was a complete breach of my trust in the business I will take it in to have the brakes and power steering fixed but I will be taking it elsewhere to have it serviced as they have completely lost my trust i was fine paying the relatively high prices if it insured my safety and my family's but not anymore

Trevors Hyundai is the place to go if you're looking for a vehicle! We've been dealing with them for years and always received great service during the purchasing and for service afterward. We trust them so much we encouraged our sons to go there as well and they are equally satisfied. Our go to person is Lindsay Jardine - he's always ready to help with all of our questions and provides excellent service!

Came 6 months ago to finance/purchase for a newer vehicule (108k). The sales experience went pretty well.However, the sales rep told me the trans oil change was good till 160k and the spark plugs were good till 200k. But when probed a couple times, the dealership could not produce a mileage, date, or otherwise record of that taking place. Bit of a red flag.As weeks turned into months doubt lingered, so i acted on my intuition and sure enough.For starters, there was no cabin air filter in the car, and then over the last several weeks i found out that the trans oil change and spark plugs were NEVER done to begin with.They don't even check and go over their trade-ins, or whatever vehicles that lands on their laps. That is dishonest practice.Won't be coming back here for another vehicle.
