Went at 11pm, bought something, asked for bathroom and lady said they where out of service..... What is a gas station without bathroom for travelers?

I'm not impressed I just went it the Petro a few minutes before closing witch I didn't know and the male cashier tells me off and gives me attitude saying next time he won't sell me anything a new guy I'm sorry his job is such a inconvenience maybe he should quit if it's to hard of a job rude place

I was there this morning getting gas, I told male clerk my petro card won't swipe on machine and asked politely if he can punch in the numbers, he said *we are not suppose to do that ,you have to call in to get new card* while he punched in numbers I said *I appreciate it though very much* he then said..appreciate it very much if you just called in***** I thought how rude was that of him, I think I'm going to just goto esso from now on, the esso I went to first was closed till later, next time I'll wait before I ever goto that petro again. It's the one on corner old king george and the new king george...management please train this guy in customer service...im sure if he Said it politely I would've understand it better and come back.. but I won't tolerate rudeness especially if I don't give it...I will goto other petros in future just never that one ...fyi this is the second time I experienced a negative attitude from this guy, first was when he was at other petro in chatham, moving this toxic attitude from one station to another can't be good
