This really is the ONLY place to go to for either pool, drinks, or some form of entertainment on the Chatham side of Miramichi. If there were 11 total bars, this one wouldn't make the top 10. Been here a couple times because there are zero other options in this neighborhood. It's bad.Mostly dirty, ripped/frayed carpets by the VLTs that haven't been replaced or repaired in years. I had seen duct tape in the corner by the VLTs once to hold down the carpet. The walls haven't been painted in a very very long time. Stains of some sort all over. The front doors have tape still on them for the many taped pieces of paper that were taped on the glass. Noone has ever bothered to clean it up.Almost always there is a part of the bathroom broken or in need of some repair. The sound system is god awful. Nearly zero bass. You'd swear they were using speakers from a bookshelf stereo. Which makes the horrible Karaoke almost impossible to deal with.The area of town this place is in is very questionable. There are rift raft hanging around the front doors at times but they usually don't stay long.Staff is nice and the prices for everything are good. But that's where it ends for this place. Hard to believe Doolys keeps their name on this dive.Go across the bridge to the coasters in Douglastown. Its cleaner and they have security, something non existent at this place.

Service is terrible. Last time I was there they wouldn't let me start a tab till 9 pm, and then today they wouldn't start one because it was too busy which no other bar in town does.

Dooley's was an excellent experience. First time playing the ding dings and won. Had a drink and staff had excellent service.

It was slow for a Friday night. We had to ask the bartender to turn on the music and turn it up. Good news is no wait time for drinks! The Bartender was friendly.
