Would have given zero if I could. We moved to Woodstock in August of 2023. We required a fridge on the first day of possessing our home. We felt fortunate to find McLellan who had a Whirlpool model for sale in their store and were willing to deliver it the same day. We purchased it for $2800.00 incl. tax. Expensive but a beautiful fridge. Soon after we had it we discovered there was ice buildup in the freezer drawer. We contacted the store and a repairman was sent within a few days. The serviceman attempted to repair it numerous times but failed so he replaced a part but again the ice buildup continued. The serviceman was extremely polite and cleaned up after himself but he finally realized the problem co7ld not be resolved. In September 2023 we were offered a new fridge. Unfortunately they did not have the same style so we settled for another Whirlpool fridge. The floor manager pointed out a dent in the drawer but he assured us he eould be ordering a new drawer that same day so we accepted. We had enough by then. We were extremely busy moving into our new home from another province and having tons of repairs so we needed this resolved. After months of waiting for a new drawer we called (Trevor) the floor manager who said he had not heard anything f4om Whirlpool. We asked if he could call them and see if they could get us an answer. He asked if we would like to speak to the owner and we said yes. The owner's son ?John got 9n the phone and immediately accused us of harassing his staff and proceeded to tell us they did not want to deal with people like us. He asked us to take our business somewhere else having never met us. He also said he had no idea when the new freezer drawer would come. It could be a year or a year and a half. He didn't know. Needless to say we were shocked. We're highly respected professionals in our communities and have never been treated so disrespectfully. He offered to come and get the fridge and give us our money back. At this point we would have had to tear our deck apart for the third time which we had already winterized and go shopping for a th8rd fridge. This happened in September '23. I am writing this April 27, 2024 and haven't heard a word from McLellan or received an apology for the atrocious behavior of the owner's son. Hopefully the father will read this and realize who he's passing his store on to. Hopefully those who have had the unfortunate encounter with this entitled loser will write a review so people find other places to shop. We are beyond disgusted.

Even though they didn't have quite what I was looking for, the salesman was very helpful, polite and patient. They have beautiful furnishings with timely deliveries and can custom order fabrics.Will happily go back.

Was looking for a BBQ and boy-oh-boys.. these guys have what you’re looking for! On top a huge selection to choose from they will walk you through and explain the differences, advantages and disadvantages, and operations of each model .. we got a Traeger ..They delivered, set up the unit and made sure I was good to go ..yup .. perfect 5/5 start experience ..GREAT SERVICE

Wonderful and knowledgeable staff, easy, no-hassle delivery and the delivery men were able to bring up our new bed/box spring up our tricky stairs as well! Very pleased with our new bed and couch. Will definitely be coming back here again!

My In-laws that are in their 70s just spent $4000 on new appliances and were not happy. Long story short, there was yelling and tears and a lot of stress for all of us. Allison needs to go to Salesman School.......Go see Arron at the Brick you will have a much better experience!!
