Had an employees of ours come back and put their expenses in and had duplicate receipts given to them from other customers purchases saying he was the ultramar manager. 2023 04 12 3:45 PM trans 912534 and 2023 04 12 3:45 trans 3:45:59. Also on 2023 04 12 at 3:51pm 912536. The fact is our employees got caught but it is disturbing to know employees from this establishment help in promoting fraud and sharing their customers debit cards. What else do they do here that should not be done?

Went for a premium wash, came out with the same dirt. I wiped it gently with my finger, you can see where the dirt came off. Tri soap, a joke…one color soap used! When I went inside to show them, I was discriminated against being told people like you come in here wearing a mask, having something wrong in the head! Wow, totally unprofessional and the comments about people like me…a paying customer! Was it because I’m a woman, English speaking, with medical issues? Disgusting behaviour! I gave 1 star only because you can’t leave a review without it!
